Pakistan Test squad players to leave for Harare tomorrow

After completing their preparations in the national training camp recently, 11 Test specialists will leave for Harare tomorrow via a commercial flight to take part in the two-match Test series against the hosts.

Players that are only selected in the Test squad are Azhar Ali, Fawad Alam, Abid Ali, Imran Butt, Saud Shakeel, Salman Ali Agha, Shahnawaz Dhani, Nauman Ali, Tabish Khan, Sajid Khan, and Zahid Mahmood.


All of these players will undergo a Covid-19 test on their arrival and will start training with the squad after a five-day quarantine period. 


Left-handed batsman Saud Shakeel missed the entire tour of South Africa because of a leg injury but, he's been declared fit to travel with the team. The green shirts will play two Tests and three T20Is against the hosts.
